We currently serve customers across North America, delivering to all addresses within the United States and Canada.

If you are located outside these regions, please check back. We are actively working to expand our delivery reach.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand periods such as sales events, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier, and unforeseen delays.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after processing, please contact our customer care team.

6. International Shipping

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

8. Incorrect Address

Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it and are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:
